It has now been more than two years since CarttecLAB began its journey with Carttec and especially 2022, which is now coming to an end, turned out to be a year of great progress in the development of several challenging projects with Carttec, our marketing company.
One of CarttecLAB’s milestones during the year was the launch and marketing of Crash Stopper, our anti-collision solution between industrial warehouse vehicles and pedestrians, which has already been installed in major international companies in Spain.
Our progress this year has not only been limited to Crash Stopper, at CarttecLAB we have gone further with the development and marketing of Horustec, a trademark registered by the Carttec group for four sectors: Retail, airports, events and healthcare. The implementation of this system allows the management and the control of movement of people and assets indoors, integrating different state-of-the-art technologies: Ultra Wide Band (UWB), Bluetooth Low Emission (BLE) or RFID. Nothing escapes Horustec’s gaze on the sales floor.
The development of JuliusTEC, the autonomous shopping trolley that will transform the way people with reduced mobility shop in the retail sector, caps off an exciting and successful 2022. At the moment we cannot reveal any more details about our revolutionary JuliusTEC, but we can advise you to be very attentive in 2023 at the next Euroshop in Düsseldorf so you find out everything about this product.
